Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on location:

  • Metros: 3–5 working days
  • Tier 1 & 2 cities: 4–7 working days
  • Remote areas: 6–10 working days

A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once shipped.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Important Notice: Due to the nature of powder candles and home décor items, returns are not accepted for used items or opened packaging.
Replacement

We offer free replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered

Note: Customers must share an unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

If replacement is unavailable, refunds will be offered as:

  • Store credit, or
  • Bank refund (processed within 5–7 business days)

Refunds are not issued for customer-related mistakes (wrong address, non-pickup, etc.)
